Neob Lavender Boutique & Lavender Field

Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario

Toronto - December 13, 2021 - We have finally made it to the last destination of our Vineland adventure! However, I was today years old when I realized the sixth stop wasn’t even in Vineland… it was in Niagara-on-the-Lake. That’s the downfall of writing our blogs after the fact (sometimes several weeks after) - I forget the minor details. But I can promise you I absolutely do not forget the details you would want and need to know about our Harvest Honourables. Anyways, I digress.

To get to this last destination, we travelled east on Queen Elizabeth Way towards *Niagara-on-the-Lake* then North on Niagara Stone Road. We could see the lavender farm from a ways away as the gorgeous lavender colour broke through the green and greys of the road and fields. We pulled up and made a left into the driveway of Neob Lavender Boutique & Lavender Field.

On that Friday, the parking lot was bustling, with people lining up to enter the lavender fields and others going in and out of the boutique store that was there on site. Absolutely drooling over the Instagram opportunity that laid before our eyes, we first made our way to the fields. The cost to enter the fields was $10 each (a little steep, but I get it). We spent a good 25 minutes walking the aisles of the fields, taking photos, and breathing in the gorgeous scent of the lavender plants. Once we wrapped up, we made our way to the market to explore their products.

We were greeted and taken care of by two women who were extremely knowledgeable about Neob products. They taught us of the most popular lavender grown on the farm: Glorious Lavender, Massuet Lavender, Rose Geranium, and Lemongrass. We also learned that we arrived right in time, as peak bloom for lavender plants in Ontario is at the end of June. My friend and I both walked away with a handful of products, and I am still using their incredible Glorious Lavender Face Cream to this day, with pride!

Neob Lavender Boutique & Lavender Field is a unique experience for those visiting wine country. If the fields aren’t for you, I recommend you visit the boutique for some truly unique products to take home with you! You can also visit their website for more information about their lavender and other locations!

PS. We thank you for coming along with us on our six-stop day trip. More Niagara content coming your way soon!
