Bradford Farmers’ Market

Vaughan - May 25th, 2022 - It was a sunny Saturday morning in September when I drove north on Highway 400. I had just moved into my new home in Vaughan days before, so this easy trip north was very much appreciated, and highly anticipated.
It was about 9am when I arrived at the Bradford Farmers’ Market, and the parking lot was already quite busy. The market was set up in a portion of the parking lot of the Bradford West Gwillimbury Public Library - a gorgeous, modern library easily accessible from the main road. Though small, the market was still bustling with life. Vendors at the market included farms, a bakery, a flower farm, a microgreen producer, preservative creators, and more! With the upcoming Fall season, I not only got my Saturday-morning groceries, but the cutest little pumpkins to decorate my home.
Bradford Farmers’ Market has been a part of the community for 15 years. The market is open from May 28th to October 8th, every Saturday between 9am and 1pm. So if you’re in the area this weekend, make sure to stop by for the first market day of the season! Visit their website for more information.
